As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we rely on a board for decision-making and choosing our budget. But as a community-focused, recreational soccer league we also rely on the board to organize all our teams, gamedays, events, and more. Earn Money as a Referee!
AIYSA is always looking for enthusiastic people who love soccer and would enjoy refereeing our games. Referees are a critical piece to our vision for teaching and developing our players plus keeping them safe. Becoming a referee can be an excellent way to earn a little money and give back to the community! We accept referees ages 13+. You must go through the certification process. WHY SOCCER?
Soccer is not only the fastest-growing sport in America, it’s the most popular sport worldwide by multiple times. The opportunities to play, coach, referee, or work in soccer are nearly endless. Moreover, learning the “Beautiful Game” enables children to make friends anywhere in the world as they’re able to speak the shared “language” of soccer. Soccer is also excellent for team building, fitness, making lifelong friends, and having loads of fun!
